THIS IS A COMPUTER-GENERATED ELECTRONIC RECORD AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES.

IF THESE TERMS CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER DOCUMENT/RECORDS, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL PREVAIL UNLESS AND UNTIL FURTHER CHANGE/MODIFICATIONS NOTIFIED BY CHILDREN TECH CENTER.

INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to www.edisonclub.in (Website and Mobile Application) that is absolutely owned and operated by “Children Tech Center” which facilitates integration of children’s mind with science, innovation and social management as well as conducts robotics classes for children (hereinafter referred to as “Children Tech Center Pvt Ltd ”, which expression shall unless repugnant to the context thereof, include its successors and assigns) a Private limited company concern under laws of India.

If you (“You/Yourself/Guest/Visitor”) continue to browse and use this Website, You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions for use of the Website (“Terms of Use”), which together with our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) govern Website’s relationship with You. If You disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, You may not use this Website.

DEFINITIONS:

“Children Tech Center Pvt. Ltd”; “us”; “we”; “our” shall mean Children Tech Center Pvt Ltd, a private limited copmay, having its office at 104, Giri Heaven, Next to Giriraj Society, LBS Road, Hariniwas Circle, Thane 400 602.

“Innovations By Young Minds” or “Research Competition” shall mean a challenge or competition to be conducted by us in association with Jay Vigyan Foundation for children between the ages of 8 and 16, who have a keen interest in science and technology on the basis of terms and conditions provided in this Terms of Use.

“Merchant(s)” shall mean merchants enrolled with the Website in order to promote Research Competition or Products or Services offered by Website from time to time.

“Product(s)” shall mean and include kit consisting various mechanical, electronics, robotics etc. products which are related to the Research Competition or type of Service selected by you and offered from time to time.

“Register” shall mean registering to the Website or any other links/dashboards/WebPages created on the Website to enroll for Research Competition or to avail the Products or Services provided by the Website on the basis of conditions mentioned in this Terms of Use.

“Service(s)” shall mean various services offered by us through Website or published on any social media including but not limited to e-learning programs and courses pertaining to electronics, robotics, sources of energy, hydraulic mechanism, smart sensors or any other edutainment initiative as may be conducted from time to time etc. or any other allied services offered from time to time.

“Users” shall mean Users who visit and access the Website, who may register to Research Competition or avail Services and allied Products.

“Website” shall mean www.stera.org.in owned operated and managed by us.

“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” refers to the Users or viewers of this Website.

PAYMENT AND REFUND:

The Platform is a paid service and the payments made by You shall be according to the plans opted by You through the Platform. You explicitly agree to pay the fees for the courses/ plans that you purchase, and you authorize the Company to charge you as per the applicable payment mode opted by you. All payments shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by the Company and You shall be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner as per the mechanism associated with the Plan availed by You. Users have been given various options to choose and proceed with the payment for the Services via payment mechanisms including but not limited to Card Payment facilities, EMI Payment, Online Bank Transfer and Wallet Payment. With reference to Clause 11, the payment gateway mechanisms are governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers as listed on the Platform and the User agrees to be bound by those terms.

Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction. The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for Services which were not rendered to the User by Us. In case of refund of EMI transactions, User will be charged interest as per bank’s regulations.

We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 24 hours from the time of receiving the refund request, however, in case there is any delay in refund beyond the period of 72 hours, then you may notify us on .support@childrentechcnter.com. The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request Any charges related to app publishing (e.g. charges levied by app store, play store) will be incurred by the User.

We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon the same being posted/uploaded or notified on our website.

USE OF WEBSITE:

Use of Website is subject to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other policies and conditions that may be notified on the Website.
Contents and information of Website will be available in English, Marathi and Hindi language.
You may avail Services and associated Products available on Website from time to time.
You understand and acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to read and understand all information as well as details regarding Research Competition, each Service and Product before You proceed to avail the same.
Before actual enrolment for Research Competition or availing Products or Services and executing payment procedure, You shall ensure that, You fill in correct data required for the same.
In case of any wrong information or data is provided, You may not be able to avail appropriate Services and You shall be solely liable at Your cost for any replacement.
Once you enroll for Research Competition or Products or Services, You shall be directed to payment gateway option for making the payment as per the terms and condition specified therein. On making the necessary payment, You shall receive notification stating details of Research Competition or Products or Services for which you have enrolled.
We may share notification of our upcoming Products and Services on Website, Telegram, Facebook or other social media website or any other mode of communication.
You can refer information pertaining to Research Competition/ Products/Services to other interested customers orally or through any other social media platforms. You will be provided specific 6-digit unique code, which can be availed by interested customers while enrolling for this Research Competition/ Products/Services. In case any customer registers using referral code allotted to you, you will be eligible to receive credits as determined by Children Tech Center.
You understand and acknowledge that, you’re learning environment while attending virtual classrooms should be as much as possible free from any distractions including but not limited to background noise, internet disruptions/connectivity etc.
You understand that, while attending virtual classrooms, providing personal attention to each and every User may not be possible for the trainer/guest lecturer. In case you have any queries or ideas, you can freely share the same during given time frame by the host.
As a part of various courses and for your own benefit, trainer/guest lecturer may ask you questions regarding lectures delivered in virtual classrooms or related to usage of Products or on account of assessment conducted with respect to the Video Content submitted for the purpose of Research Competition. In case any trainer/guest lecturer provides corrections/remarks regarding the same, you are required to respect opinion/suggestion of the trainer/guest lecturer with a positive approach.
You are required to follow standard decorum while attending virtual classrooms. In case host of online lecture notices any misbehavior, you may be instructed to leave from such virtual classroom. In such case decision taken by the host shall be final and binding.
You understand that we may face delay in delivering the Products due to Government restrictions pertaining to COVID-19 situation in various parts of the state.
When you are undergoing Research Competition or availing Services through online mode, confirm and ensure that facility for internet connection shall be non-disrupted and the Website and Children Tech Center shall not be responsible or liable for any disruption or error while undergoing Research Competition or using Service.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

User agrees to make payment with the help of payment gateway or by any other mode as may be made available on Website from time to time. User agrees to abide by and adhere to the terms and conditions of payment gateway providers. Website shall display costs pertaining to Research Competition/Products/Services/ and Users liability regarding tax and GST as applicable from time to time. User can avail discount if payment procedure is completed through referral code provided by Merchant and as may be applicable from time to time.

The payments shall be secured as per permissible remittance mechanism and payment gateways. The Users understand and acknowledge that Website undertakes utmost care to provide secure online payment system. However, it is susceptible to hacking, virus attacks, and malfunction. The Users undertake all payments subject to own risk and volition. The Website shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurred to you due to any such malfunction, errors and/or unscrupulous activities.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

The Website shall not provide refunds or adjust any fees in whatsoever manner.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
