SHIPPING/ DELIVERY:

You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

 

RETURNS & REFUND:

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to within 7 working days.

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. To be eligible to register on Website or for Research Competition or Products or Services, you must be 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract (as per Section 11 of The Indian Contract Act,1872 which specifies that every person is competent to contract). 

  2. As a minor if You wish to register for Research Competition or avail Products or Services, such use shall be made available to You by Your parents or legal guardian, who has agreed to this Terms of Use. 

  3. As minor, you wish to utilize the Website/ Research Competition or Products or Services, it is assumed that you have obtained the consent of parents or legal guardian and such use is made available by parents or legal guardian.

  4. Any person under the age of 18 (eighteen) should seek the consent of their parents or legal guardians before providing any information about themselves or their parents on the Website.

  5. We will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind of Website or with respect to Research Competition or Products or Services,that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor registering for facilities provided on Website.

  6. You acknowledge that Website does not have the responsibility to ensure that You conform to the aforesaid eligibility criteria. It shall be Your sole responsibility to ensure that You meet the required qualification.

 

ENROLMENT FOR RESEARCH COMPETITION AND AVAILING PRODCUTS OR SERVICES:

Your enrolment for Research Competition and Products or Services are subject to the acceptance of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Website by You.
You shall be able to access and avail Research Competition and/or Products or Services by registering yourself with Website. Services can be availed through offline/online mode as may be notified by Website from time to time. User can go through the course details/program details and click on the enroll button. Once You Register for any particular Service, You are required to pay applicable fees for that Service.
